The moving walkway between the East and West Buildings of the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC is housed within a light sculpture entitled, "Multiverse." Created by American artist Leo Villareal, the sculpture contains approximately 41,000 LED nodes programmed by computer to generate different effects. Walking between these buildings is something of a Star Wars psychedelic experience, part of my day being a tourist in Washington.
