The Dear Green Coffee Roastery
The Dear Green Coffee Roastery in old Glasgow, just off the Bridgegate ('Briggait') and adjacent to the River Clyde and the old fish markets now artists studios.
The inspiration for naming our house blend is at the vanishing point of Airds Lane; the Medieval named 'Goosedubbs', where geese swam in 'dubbs' old Scots for deep filthy puddles!
