~2 cups of pacific foods roasted red pepper soup, reduced sodium

pepper

shish tawook ~ 2 packages

minced chicken

 

i microwaved the rice, garlic, and shish tawook seperately. boiled beans, soup and minced ckn for about 15 min and added the oil and microwaved ingredients.
