Gubenia, Nutrition Care Division, Womack Army Medical Center, mans a display at the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers Expo at the Fort Bragg Conference and Catering Center, March 27. The expo, dubbed Fit to Fight helps to improve the life skills and resiliency of Soldiers and offers information about wellness, nutrition, fitness, preventive medicine and survival tools.
