Time for a truck inspection...
Maryland Transportation Authority Police - Commercial Vehicle Safety Unit
From what I've seen, it looks like they run all unmarked large SUV's similar to this Ford Expedition for motor carrier enforcement. There are other marked vehicles but I have never seen one with a commercial truck - it's always these unmarked ones.
