After X-Men #38, the new team of mutants, Generation X, went to the Massachusetts Academy, and that was renamed to the Xavier's School, so the original grounds was renamed to the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. This plaque was on the base that came with Rachel Grey's Marvel Girl variant.
