Trip into Fall

Roasted Chicken Galantine stuffed with homemade sourdough breadcrumbs, sweet potatoes, & chicken farce with a little oregano and sage from the backyard. Chicken dressed with a drizzle of reduced chicken stock. Accompanied with House made Whole Wheat Scottish Rolls, Yukon and Melted Leek Mash and a side of Purslane and yogurt salad served on the side.
