Raw Materials

The old compost pile. Very rich leaf compost that has been "brewing" for 2-3 years. It makes good starter material. If anyone wants some, I have plenty with more coming in the fall! It isn't the best quality because it is so shallow, but probably 10 feet across. Making a tall pile is difficult due to the incline. Compost bin. August 2009.
