Purple Lupin (20080609-141146-PJG)

I was out enjoying the beautiful weather a couple of days ago, when I came across a field of wild Lupin, not quite ready to bloom.

 

I had forgotten that I had taken this photo, so am only posting it today.

 

Taken in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
