My Favorite Sea Bass Plate (Ryland Inn)
This was a particularly hard plate to set up, light and photograph. I wanted the presentation to appear as food and yet as art. It’s a conglomeration of shapes, colors and textures that in most cases wouldn’t visually work together, but by catching the light coming through the Venetian blinds I think I was able to catch the visual spirit of the plate.
