Traditional Semaphore Distant Signal at Layton - 17th December 2013

Seen on the line leaving Blackpool North is this traditional distant signal complete with graffiti on the bridge which just seems to be accepted as part of the modern railway network.

 

I'm sure the people that built and designed the bridge would be over the moon to see it!
