St Ives, West Cornwall
As well as its reputation as a haven for artists, St Ives is also a 'bucket and spades' seaside resort. The town boasts a number of different beaches, each with its own individual identities. Some are family oriented, some geared for water sports, such as surfing and others where dogs are welcome... I don't know of a town so blest with as many seaside amenities.
