moon rushed
the first night the moon's been up since I got my scope.
just as the moon became visible, a big big ol' storm front moved in. I had about a 3 minute window when I could take some pictures, so I tried, in a frantic rush of setup and not really focusing right, and mosquito bites.
anyway: there are a few good ones, maybe, and a few interesting ones too, like this one, with the clouds and the setting sun illuminating the whole thing.
this one, for the telescope people, is prime focus and as it came out of the camera, no crop and such.
it's a 90mm aperture by 1000mm focal length refractor.
