Stock headlamp vs LED
After losing my cluelessness, I finally got my LED replacement headlamp to work. I switched to enable me to use my heated gear; these use roughly half the power of stock bulbs. The website says, "These new LED bulbs consume 58% of the power of a stock 55 Watt halogen bulb while producing 213% more lumens."
First off, they are BRIGHT. So so bright! But more than that, they fill in the area immediately in front. I was not expecting that. I thought they were aimed too high, and here they light the road!
Super simple to install after getting a hint from the seller, and dirt cheap. KLR owners don't spend like cruiser or touring owners, so stuff is inexpensive. I like that!
