Countdown to Flora Expo: the 2009 Taipei Fireworks Festival at Dadaocheng the 2009 Taipei Fireworks Festival were held by Taipei City Government on November 7 at the Dadaocheng wharf. This event celebrates the start of the 365-day countdown to the 2010 Taipei International Flora Expo.

「倒數迎花博-2009臺北大稻埕煙火節」活動延至11月7日（周六）下午3時起於大稻埕碼頭3-5號水門間舉辦，煙火施放時間為20時30分至21時整。 據隔日報紙估計: 11月7日（周六）淡水河兩岸共湧入約65萬民眾觀賞大稻埕煙火。
