Playa sunrise

Sometimes it is a little hard getting up early enough to catch a sunrise, especially when you're on vacation. However, you are almost always rewarded with some of the nicest light of the day. That was the case here in Manuel Antonio on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica in January. On this morning, the reflections in the sand provide almost a painterly effect.
