Voting in Fear: The CIPI 2013 Electoral Violence Lecture
The Center for International Policy & Innovation (CIPI) at Carnegie Mellon University held its 2013 Electoral Violence Lecture, focused on the theme of "Voting in Fear." The Voting in Fear theme is drawn from the title of the recently published volume, Voting in Fear conceived of and edited by Dr. Dorina Bekoe, a Heinz College Public Policy and Management (MSPPM) alumna. The event was Thursday, March 21, at the University Club in Washington, DC.
