The “Woodfield Welcome” for Professional Staff: The Woodfield Welcome is an onboarding program developed for newly hired professional staff that provides them with the resources they need to be productive and effective in their new roles. It was created to fill communication gaps often seen in clubs with hundreds of employees across acres of property. The entire staff is responsible for creating the member experience and understanding each other’s roles and connectivity is the key to this success. The program is composed of two parts: the Woodfield Welcome Binder and Introductory Department Meetings.
