Terra cotta jug mosaic using china shards found at the old Tepco Beach dumpsite in Richmond. Tepco dumped their discards there from 1930-60's when the plant was demolished. Tepco is American Diner 101....their porcelain dinnerware is hard as rock and you still see it in use all over the place today! Fun to go scavenge shards there.
