Roast Beef
When I went to the grocery store, they had roasts on sale. We rarely buy them but I decided I was in the mood for some comfort food, so I grabbed one and took it home. I gave it a good rub with some pepper and other spices, tossed it in the oven, and roasted it till the thermometer said it was medium. When I pulled it out and saw Andrew slicing it as the steam was coming off, I knew it deserved a photograph. Take THAT Cooks Illustrated, betcha can't do that now can ya?
