This pork roast turned out tender, juicy, and delicious! Seasonings included garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Simple.

 

This was cooked in my toaster oven at 350F for approximately 90 minutes. Mashed potatoes, corn, and a mushroom gravy completed this simple meal.
