It was another one of those days when I couldn't figure out what I felt like eating. I had stopped at a couple of places on my way home, hoping to get inspired but by the time I reached my third stop, I was starving. It was a small food court in an Asian supermarket.

Korean Pork Bone Soup caught my attention. While waiting for it to be ready, I thought to myself, "What am I doing? It's hot as heck outside!" Too late to turn back now.

It was actually quite satisfying. The broth was rich and flavourful, and there was a good amount of meat on the bones. It was accompanied by the traditional Korean purple rice, kimchi, and potatoes.
