I LOVE Bacon! I was privileged (and lucky enough) to get some homemade bacon by @cookingwithcharlesto. It was awesome and delicious! He's a very talented guy! You should follow his cooking exploits on IG.

 

I liked everything about this bacon. It wasn't oversmoked or oversalted like most store-bought products. It was just perfect! It smelled great while it was being cooked and got me salivating!

 

I had some great freshly baked artisanal bread and heirloom tomatoes so I made a BLT. Good move! It turned out great!
