A Prehistoric Feast!

Students in the Early Irish History class were tasked with creating a dish using only ingredients available in Ireland during the bronze and iron ages. They then brought them all together for a discussion of the food, and of course to eat it all!
You can see from the photos that the menu was quite varied, but included lots of pork, bread and fruit, but no potatoes!
