Buffalo District EEO office hosts lunchtime "Instant Interviewing" to celebrate Women's History Month
Judy Phillips, Buffalo District EEO officer held the second session of a women's history month celebration by having staff prepare for interviews through "Instant Interviewing," Buffalo, NY, March 27, 2019. During this unique lunch-n-learn employees who signed up were randomly rotated from different practice tables each having an interview mentor to practice opening statements, soft skill questions, dos/don'ts of interviews, and technical questions.
