Columbia River Rivertrails

A convoy of kayakers and canoeists gets a salute from the water cannons on Portland Fire Bureau fireboat #17, the Vernon Buss during the launch of a designated watertrail park site. The Watertrails provide a series of riverside camping spots where paddlers can travel from Bonneville dam downriver to Astoria, with convenient camping spots along the way.
