For a while now I've been using this machine for my server/desktop, development machine. Today it's being shutdown and retired. It is soon to be replaced with an AMD64/ASUS combo using Ubuntu64.

 

There's a bit of a back story with Ubuntu64. It only supports certain CPU chip sets, hence the AMD64. Intel simply isn't in the right price/availability range.

 

So until I get the replacement machine it's back to my backup Win2K machine.
