Thank You Friends.....

I want to dedicate this shot to 3 very special friends that I have met here on Flickr. These 3 men have helped me become a better photographer and person. They have helped me grow outside of the studio and taught me so much along the way. They are amazing photographers and I have been a HUGE fan of their work for quite sometime. Every time I visit their streams they inspire me to go out and attempt to shoot these beautiful natural sceneries!

 

I picked up a camera for the very first time June 2008, however I did not learn to take it off auto mode until November of last year. I had never owned a camera before this, besides my cell phone. I wanted to take landscape and seascape pictures, but had no idea how to. I then found my passion in portraits, and capturing a person forever through a still-image. Until, I met Steven, Doug, and John, they helped inspire me and teach me how to take the shots that had made me want to pick up a camera in the first place.

 

I feel very blessed to have met them and become such good friend with them. I have met so many of you through Flickr, and I am grateful for each and every one that I have met. You have all helped me in some way!
