peg

I was at a week-long meditation retreat. I did another one five months ago, but the only thing the two weekthuns had in common is the actual practice. This week I rushed home every night so I could sleep eight hours and rush back to meditate all day again. I'm not really living as fully in the moment as I could be, because any time that something happens I've already experienced all I care to of it and I'm over it. By the time it was December 25, I felt like it was already Martin Luther King Day at least.
