Dinner for 4 at Shyun Ramen Bar, Carnegie

Very tasty tonkotsu ramen, both miso and shoyu, and so was the makanai pork rice, but the gyoza and agedashi tofu were forgetable.

 

There was a jug of plain pork and chicken tonkotsu soup in case you prefer it less salty. I had some on its own, and it was very rich and fragrant!
