This 55 m2 apartment is located on a first floor (there is an elevator too). Universitat is very well distributed: it is divided into a large living room with dining area (and double sofabed), a fully equipped kitchen, one inner and thus quiet double bedroom with an enormous built-in cupboard, and a bathroom with bathtub. Besides, there is a small extra room so the washing machine and cleaning material stay out of sight. The double window in the livingroom, that gives out on the street, guarantees total tranquillity.
