DSC_9726 - Bolognaise a l'Anglaise* (208/366)

Electric, wok, oregano is the only herb** and no lemon juice. Not my best Bolognaise.

 

* Or l'Anglais if you're me, or possibly les Anglais.

 

** How can she live like this? Her spice collection consists of tumeric and whole nutmeg (without a usable grater).
