He was informed by one of his ally that Software engineering is not just about writing a program and just make it work!. This happened to him when he could not deliver exact thing what he needed. Also the local lad needed better opportunities in his career and he joined a software company.
That time he decided not to again fall prey to " some individuals who can do it". No. Its always prudent & safe with well established player. But he wanted one thing to be pretty sure that he needed top class after sales support.
