Saturday neuroscience fair in museum atrium

Filling the dozen or more tables of displays and teams of Michigan State University students of brain science, this late morning scene captures the hubbub of all ages. Topics like DNA, stroke recognition and recovery, 'petting zoo" of brain facsimile (and respectful researcher with pickled brain, too), among several other topics attracted mostly parents and children. This is one way that career interests are stimulated and ideas about one's future begin, since learning is social and the many friendly exhibitors engaged one on one with visitors today.
