No, not really. Ian and I have this thing about attending open houses if we happen to know about them. This is actually the first one in our neighborhood that we just stumbled upon while we walked back from getting coffee. Sweet serendipity! These are also RIGHT next door to our apartment building so we were curious to see what was inside.
This is the 2bdrm/2 bath model that goes for ~450k and claimed to be 900 square feet. Our apartment is just under 1000 sf and we're a one bedroom and this felt a little smaller. Kind of underwhelming.
