Part of a Huey, Warbird Museum, somewhere between Orlando & The Villages in Florida

I found this Piece of a Huey at a Warbird Museum that I found while exploring Central Florida for Photographic Opportunities.

 

The Warbird Museum is now located on the Grounds of the Kissimmee Municipal Airport at 4134 Aviation Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. I found it's Website and apparently they must have restored some of the Aircraft. Their Website is:

When I visited, the Warbird Museum in 2005, it was just a collection of Wrecked Vietnam War ERA Aircraft with a few wrecked Railroad cars, but it was an attempt by someone to try to preserve History. In Florida, there are many of these so called museums, which fail due to under Capitalization. They all depend on donations of both money and unpaid volunteer workers to fund Restorations.

 

Bell Helicopter manufactured the UH-1 Iroquois (aka: Huey) during the Vietnam War. The US Army used the Huey extensively in Vietnam. - For further information about the Huey, see:
