I had asked the frame builder to minimize toe clip overlap. Without the leathers on the clips, the clips just clear which is pretty good considering these are large clips, there is only 62cm of BB drop, and that strut on the fender sticking out so far. All in all, I am quite happy, and haven't had any problems with slow turns.
It did however require the builder to go with a 74 degree seat tube angle, which given the relatively low amount of BB drop (requested in case I decided to go fixed gear with the frame), results in a lot of seatpost sticking out. In retrospect, I think I should have asked the builder to oversize the seat/head tube lengths and make the stand-over clearance zero when barefoot.
