Monarch Butterfly

This is a very special butterfly shot off my deck presumably after emerging from its chrysalis. There is a high probability that this and its companion which also emerged on this day by my deck are the ones that I periodically saw in my garden from the time they were together as very tiny monarch caterpillars.
