Macarthur Park.

Macarthur Park.

It goes without saying that most people have heard of Macarthur Park, afterall it was a very well known song that was sung by Richard Harris in the early 1970's.

Whilst we do not know exactly where the Macarthur Park which is the subject of the song exists we do know that there is definately a Macarthur Park in Camden.

Among the many native residents of the park is this Pacific Black Duck.

Scientific name: Anas superciliosa.

The park is a haven for many and varied Australian native birds.
