42/365 - 1000 Meals
I read today that this would be the 1000th meal of the Covid-19 lock down. While there was a short time where we were able to move around out of the house over the summer, we really didn't go to restaurants or even get take out much. Cooking at home has been an absolute chore and there are times when I hate it. There are also times where I am thankful for the extra time to be able to create in the kitchen a bit more. Regardless, tonight we order in!!
