Walking the 'up and downs' of the cliff top path yesterday in glorious, breezy May sunshine, we stopped here at Birling Gap for coffee. The light was beautifully clear. In the past week there's been a huge cliff fall, which can just be seen here if zoomed in, at the first dip in the line of chalk cliffs. The coastal erosion's so rapid, the cliff edge is very unsafe.
