SIM and Debug connector.
Half of the locations adjacent to the SIM card aren't populated. This could be missing static protection, or, because these parts are under the "SIM card window" (can be accessed without removing case) may be jumper locations.
The 6-pin connector seems to be a USB connector. Booting from USB requires a specific configuration pin to be set correctly - that could be one of the unidentified pins.
