Hummingbird Moth
While searching for another subject, this little guy showed up right in front of me.... yes, I was very excited. My first day shooting with it was not very successful having issues with my teleconverter. The next time around, I took it off and bingo, it was working much better for me. I am still working on this subject, returning this afternoon hoping to have him closer. So this one is just a tease :o) Total hours so far sitting on very hot sunny days: 15 + hours. Waiting time in between sightings: 45 min to an hour, sometimes more.
