West Riding - 46 E46TYG - Leyland Royal Tiger RTC - Leyland Doyen
The first in a batch of eight supplied to West Riding in 01/1988. Built as 51-seaters, this and 47 were retro-fitted with toilets for use on National Express Rapide Service 564 West Yorkshire - London Victoria and this fine example is seen here making the turn from Elizabeth Street onto Buckingham Palace Road outside London Victoria Coach Station in 02/1991 having just worked in from West Yorkshire. Sister 50, E50TYG, is preserved in 'as new' Ridings Travel livery.
The camera was a Praktica MTL3 with the film being the excellent FujiChrome.
I would request, as with all my photos, that they are not copied or downloaded in any way, shape or form. © Peter Steel 1991.
