The (other) Salad Book

1958 edition of the BHG Salad Book. What's fascinating about this one is that it's vastly less disgusting than the other edition I have posted here, which leads one to believe that food prior to, say, 1967, was substantially less disgusting than food from roughly 1967 on. The recipes call for less mayo, less olives, less bizarre combinations. TBQH I'd eat most of what's in this edition.
