Havering stranger

I don't normally take pictures of this sort of tat but Ithought it was interesting enough, especially as I had never seen a Havering-liveried vehicle - is this owned by the borough? LX03BTU is in Cornhill, queuing for the lights at Bank.

 

Also helping out on the 25 on this Tube strike day were at least two buses from Chalkwell of Maidstone.
