Porto palm and pigeon

Pigeons can be found throughout the world, as can broken windows I suppose. The palm may be a Canary Island Date Palm (Phoenix canariensis) and if it is one, this palm is limited to growing in Mediterranean climates. Some of the buildings in Porto are in very bad condition. This one was near our very nice hotel. The pigeon may have found a home.
