Beauty Within Eternity

In the days of counting the omer, we seek to purify the six categories of our human emotions plus the support category from HaShem. making seven in all. As explained below, these are;

 

Chesed - "Kindness"

Gevurah - "Discipline"

Tiferet - "Glory"

Netzach - "Victory"

Hod - "Splendour"

Yesod - "Foundation"

Malkuth - "Kingdom" Kingship.

 

Each one of these seven emanations has components of each of the others within it. That leads to seven times seven or forty-nine combinations. Each day we address one of those combinations to heal within ourselves. That provides our daily focus of counting the omer to heal ourselves, the world, and God's universe.
