The Welcoming Committee

For the small scale model, welcoming cards with reminders were placed on each chair throughout the DMV.

 

If working large scale, the DMV would offer round table advising where staff could work side by side to problem solve with customers. Different options for services would be made available. For example, a round table service might offer group advising and walk-through problem solving, or perhaps an appointment could be made in advance for one-on-one problem solving, and for the easy stuff, like renewing tags and ordering plates, an online options and self-service kiosks would be made available.
