Bernard Hopkins and Oscar De La Hoya visit Athletic Rec Center

On December 5, Mayor Jim Kenney presented Hopkins, a Philadelphia native, with a ceremonial Liberty Bell to commemorate the boxer’s final career fight scheduled later this month.
